News 2023 – UPAC – Seminar on the Theme During the development of theShared Action project, the Executive Secretary of the Youth and Outreach Division, Omer DAGAN, led preliminary seminars with theological training institutes. He therefore traveled to Yaoundé (Cameroon) from March 13 to 15, 2023, to meet with students and professors at UPAC – the Protestant University of Central Africa.
